Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:



Attend to all patients' inquiries, either through call-in or walk-in, promptly and courteously. Register patients, either for an appointment or walk-in treatment. Upon completion of consultation and treatment, discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting accurate payment, and scheduling of next appointments. Collect payment accurately, either by cash, nets, cheques, or credit cards. Enter every consultation and treatment fee as well as sales of products into the computer accurately. Print receipts/tax invoices and medical certificates from the computer. Filing of patients' treatment cards. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all times. Check and receive delivery of clinic's supplies from Approved Vendor. Pack clinic supplies and medications received in the prescribed manner. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Company, the Doctors, Clinic Supervisor(s), or AM of the clinic.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Nitec and above, in any field. Required communication skills, Inter-Personal Skills. * No work experience is required for entry-level Patient Relationship Officer.
