You do not merely enter into a job; we partner you to develop your career, dreams and aspirations.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(A) SPECIFIC (80%)You will assist in handling reception and dispensary duties. This includes:

• Providing clear and concise explanation to patients on clinic policies
• Performing necessary health screening and lab tests (e.g. Taking patients\xe2\x80\x99 clinical parameters, urine tests
• Ensuring rooms are kept clean and prepared for consultation
• Managing and transferring incoming telephone calls, taking messages
• Collating medical reports for filing and forwarding results to patients via emails or post
• Monitoring inventory levels and perform stock take of medicines and consumables
• Performing daily billing management and ensuring all transaction are tallied with the taking before closing accounts

(B) GENERAL (20%)

• Any other duties and projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
