Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Patient Service Associate.

• Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
• Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres
• To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
• To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
• Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
• Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
• Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties

Requirement

• Minimally at least an "O" Level Certificate/Diploma (any field)
• Prior experience in healthcare sector is preferred
• Prefer Chinese and experienced in clinic if possible
