The Opportunity
- Working with well-established healthcare institute
- Working Hour: 8am - 8pm (7 workdays in 2 weeks)
- Standby call 2 times a month
- Location: South
- Minimally GCE \'O\' level qualification
- Able to adapt fast to in-house system
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Flexible to work on weekend and public holidays occasionally
- Team player with good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Process medication orders/prescriptions for both inpatient and outpatient
- Picking, packing and labelling
- Perform billing functions
- Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy and ward areas where drugs are stored
- Participate in workplace quality improvement projects/activities as and when required
- Cashiering duties
- Ensures stocks are stocked up properly and tidily
- Performs topping up of omnicell ward stock in the respective wards
- Ensures correct receiving of goods
- Secondary repackaging/redressing
- Carry out cycle counts and stock takes periodically according to SOPs
