Ensure that Operating Theatre and Endoscopy Centre lists are arranged efficiently, and daily scheduling is done in a timely and organized manner
Call and confirm all procedural appointments with patients for all surgical areas
Provide adequate information and financial counselling for patients regarding their scheduled procedures
Provide solutions and advice on enquiries by patients and their family members
Administrative Responsibilities
Work with other department stakeholders to ensure that the patient has a smooth journey throughout their procedure.
Upkeep Surgical Call Centre's readiness on downtime policies, with resources for downtime available in the clinic.
Participate in quality improvement project and assume other responsibilities tasked by supervisors
Support supervisor in daily tasks, review and streamlining of work processes.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least 'A' Levels/Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed.
When required, candidates should be comfortable with shift work.
This is a 2-year contract role, subjected to contract extension or permanent conversion with satisfactory work performance.
