Job responsibilities

• Front line patient services by performing the functions of registration, cashiering, and handling enquiries
• Provide assistance to the Doctor during consultations
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Assist in minor procedures
• Process invoice and payment collection
• Booking of referral appointments
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Perform basic triage
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
