Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clinic Executive to manage daily clinic operations and supervise PSAs at counters.
  • Perform registration, billing and appointment booking for patients.
  • Assist to prepare & issue daily cash float and handle cash collection.
  • Assist to monitor clinic queue performance and consultation waiting time.
  • Assist to attend to patients\' feedback.
  • Assist to schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of PSAs.
  • Assist executives in operations related to partnerships with community organizations
  • Assist to conduct regular staff roll call and pep talk sessions.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
  • Frontline counter experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
