Provide information and directions to hospital facilities and services.
Assist patients with wheelchair transport to appointments.
Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle complaints professionally.
Maintain orderly queues and ensure a calm waiting area.
Coordinate with hospital staff for smooth patient movements.
Ensure safety and security in the hospital premises.
Assist with administrative tasks and language support.
Enhance the overall patient experience with empathetic support.
Requirements
Prior customer service skills will be advantage
Must be computer savvy
Must be comfortable working in Emergency Department (fast paced working environment)
Must be able to do shift work (3-rotating shifts)
