- Handling of General Enquiries - Apply telephone standards when handling phone enquiries
- Registration of patients presenting at Emergency Department
- Document details of every update in ED Web
- Remind doctor or nurse to update patient\'s relatives
- Look out for patients and/or patients\' relatives who require assistance
- Assist patients and/or patients\' relatives with enquiries
- Minimum GCE O levels/A Levels/Diploma in any discipline
- No working experience required as on-the-job training is provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
