Working Hours: 5.5 days staggered office hours
Primary role:
- Attend to patients\' queries and needs
- Provide support at pre-registration kiosk
- Provide support at self-payment kiosk
- Provide support at COVID vaccination operations
- Assist in wayfinding & crowd control
- Registration & making appointments for patients
- Comfortable to stand for long hours and being on the move
- No serious medical conditions e.g. asthma, eczema, SLE, back problems, allergic to face mask / frequent alcohol hand rub
- Able to wear N95 mask, visor and PPE when required
- Family to be supportive of them in the frontline role
- No visible tattoos
- Fully vaccinated for COVID19 & Booster
