Job Responsibilities
Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires
Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics
To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties
Job Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, like Word, Excel and Outlook
With relevant working experience is preferred
