JOB REQUIREMENTS GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Diploma, preferably with working experience in customer service/healthcare industry Pleasant personality with passion for service excellence Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and a team player Ability to speak mandarin as to liaise with Chinese speaking patient or two or more language/ dialects will be an advantage Computer literate
