Manage appointments and provide excellent patient care Attend to queries from call-in patients Manage and fill up appointment schedules Payment collection from patients Follow up care-calls to patients before and after procedures Submit claims and keep proper records (eg. Insurance claims) Maintenance of clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards * Other clinical duties as assigned
