Responsibilities: Provide excellent front-line customer service to our patients and meticulous administrative support in our surgical specialist clinics. Provide assistance to doctors and patients in the clinic and consultation rooms (e.g. chaperone during consultation, organize and provide instructions to patients for investigations or procedures). Responsible for registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, financial counselling on procedures and services, as well as other administrative duties. Requirements: A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong passion to serve in healthcare. Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification. Possess basic computer skills, good customer service skills and telephone etiquette. Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be advantageous. Applicants must have completed the Covid-19 vaccination and have proof for verification.
