Description
- Register patients for consultation
- Attending to queries from both internal and external customers
- Render assistance to patients when necessary
- Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Assist with appointment scheduling for patients\' follow up
- To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the countersRequirements:
- Possess at least a GCE \'N\' Level certificate
- Candidate with basic nursing care certificate may apply
- Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage
- Computer literate
