Job Description
Who We\'re Looking For:
We are looking for a Patient Service Associate who will work with our Operations and Management team to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent customer service.

Your role:
- Handle appointment scheduling
- Respond to, and follow up on, customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries over phone, email and messaging
- Process payments and invoices
- Arrange for deliveries of medications
- Provide other ad-hoc frontline support for customers e.g. customer registration
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars and making travel arrangements for senior management team
- Provide admin support for team meetings
- Assist the Clinic and Operations Manager to ensure smooth clinic and company operations
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC qualification
- Computer literate
- At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks under tight deadlines
- Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers through various channels of communication
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Effective follow-up skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, biomedical sciences, operations and/or customer service will be advantageous
