Responsibilities

Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider\'s information for billing.
Attend to any patient and next-of-kin enquiries.
Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Other related duties

Requirements:

Singaporean only
Min O level and above
Able to perform rotating shifts. Earliest shift starts from 8am to 5:30pm, and latest shift starts from 12pm to 9:30pm
Comfortable to work in hospital environment
