Attend to patient\'s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.
Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.
Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.
Observe and identify patients who need to be directed to nursing triage and isolation room (for example patients who require emergency treatment and with suspected infectious diseases in accordance to NHGP\'s guidelines).
Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.
Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries
Assist or Perform Height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required. Follow protocol to manage patients with abnormal readings.
Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.
Perform/Educate on measurement of patient\'s height, weight and blood pressure.
Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.
(2) Consult Room
Assist doctor in chaperoning the patients during medical examination and preparation of medical equipment for use.
Facilitate communication between the doctor and the patient, if required.
Assist fall risk patients up and down the examination chair/couch.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of consult room, medical and nursing equipment.
Replenish all consumables and forms.
Ensure medical documents presented by patients are duly transferred from consult room to the Medical Records Office (MRO).
Ensure proper disposal of confidential waste at consult rooms.
Assist doctors with Pap smear procedure and Antenatal examination, if applicable.
(3) Registration of Patient\'s Visit
Attend to patient\'s enquiries and feedback.
Prioritize medical and social priority should patient fit criteria.
Identify correct patient and perform document verification.
Ascertain patient\'s purpose of visit and preference, enter/update registration details into the patient management system and assign patients to appropriate service stations.
Assign appointment time; create service chit and direct patients to the next service station.
Perform Patient Records Merging when required.
Perform Release of Info (ROI) when required.
(4) Scheduling of Patient\'s Appointment
Schedule and book appointment for patients for their follow up visits as ordered by service providers.
Advise patients on specific instructions for follow up appointment, if any.
Check and verify that the patients\' prescribed medication is sufficient until the next appointment.
Educate patient on self-serve appointment change or cancellation via mobile application or contact centre.
Inform and document if appointment exceeds stipulated time frame ordered.
(5) Handling Payment Collection
Call patients from checkout queue and validate patients\' identification documents.
Perform payment procedures including verification of services rendered, patients\' subsidy status (benefits and third-party status), ensuring correct service codes are captured in the system, generating bill and collecting payment.
Assist patients on queries or requests on matters pertaining to bill sizes and subsidies.
Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of daily monetary transactions.
(6) Video Consult Facilitator/ Administrator
Administer Pre-Video Consult tasks including on-boarding of eligible patients and informing patients via SMS of zoom login details one day prior video consult appointment.
Facilitate the conduct of video consult including but not limited to: bulk actualization/checkout of video consult appointments, preparing patients and handling video consult application logistic, verification of details for medication delivery, defaulters\' management and tracking, scheduling of follow up appointments.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
