Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
Makes appointments for follow-up patients
Assists patient with Medisave application / financial counselling
Assist with doctors' requests relating to patients' management
Preparation of consultation rooms
Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive
Job Requirements:
GCE 'N' Level and above
At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
