- PC/Computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work rotating and weekends shift.
- Attend to patients\' enquiries over the counter to provide information on hospital/clinic services.
- Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines.
- Assist in making appointments and rescheduling for the patients.
- Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required.
- Perform daily payment billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
