About The Role

• Assist in processing of medication orders for inpatient and outpatient dispensing and supplies.
• Perform cashier and billing functions.
• Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries from patients and hospital staff.
• Assist in the reception and patient registration in the pharmacy areas.
• Assist in providing quality customer service.
• Receive, unpack and check stocks against the appropriate documents, to ensure that items supplied are correct and accounted for.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of stocks in the areas of work such as replenishing of stock in the pharmacy.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas and prepare work areas for daily operations.
• Support the hospital by participating actively in the various activities organized by the hospital such activities include QC, community projects, staff welfare and recreational activities and etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
