Job Summary:
- Location : Orchard
- Industry : TCM
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Sunday: 8:30am to 6:30pm, or 9:30am to 7:30pm
- Salary : Up to $2600 based on experiences
- Permanent Position : AWS + Bonus + Yearly Increment
- Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter, dispensary room, treatment zone and common areas.
- Deliver quality, safe and cost-effective service to patients and TCM physicians.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by HOD.
- At least 1 years\' experience in a customer service role
- Able to commit 5 days work week including weekends
- Pleasant personality and service oriented
