Job Description
Overview of the Role: Be a part of our dynamic team to manage patients portfolio to ensure they are well taken care of from admission to discharge at our hospitals.Work Location: Singapore - Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital or Parkway East Hospital.Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Ensure accurate documentation for patients admission
- Follow closely on bill size to ensure existing insurance coverage is sufficient
- Engage with respective departments and doctors to provide relevant information and documents
- Liaise with patients / payers for outstanding bills
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum N / O level / NITEC / Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Customer service oriented and good team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to shift work arrangement
- Meticulous and comfortable with numbers
- Working experience in customer service
