Patient Service Officer (tcm)

Job Description
- Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries (either by phone, email or walk-in).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter, dispensary room, treatment zone and common areas.
- Dispense medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to TCM physician\xe2\x80\x99s prescription.
- Account for medicine dispensed according to SOP.
- Work with Senior Ops Support Officer to spearhead operations within the clinic.
- Deliver quality, safe and cost-effective service to patients and TCM physicians.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by HOD.
- At least 1 years\' experience in a customer service role
- Pleasant personality and service oriented
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Team player
- 5 days work week including weekends
- Candidate must be willing and able to work on rotating shifts
