Assist in clinic's day to day operations and functions. Assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic. Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries. Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s). Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required. Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses. * Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director as required
