Job Summary:

• Working hours: Monday - Friday, Alternate half Saturday (Staggered office hours)
• Location: Kent Ridge
• Gross Salary range: $2400 - $3000
• AWS + PB

Responsibilities:A) Front line counter role

• Registration for patient & Appointment booking
• Advice patients on the applications available in the OneNUHS app
• Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members) - such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
• Cashiering duties

B) Rotation in the individual consultation room

• Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room
• Assist doctors during the review consultation - Customer service / Appointment booking
• Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members)
• Backend support duties, assist in the clerical and data entry
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors
