As a Merchant and Payment Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our merchant operations and payment processes.

• Merchant Onboarding: Pre-Screening, Identity Verification (Know Your Customer/KYC), Merchant History Check
• Depending on the risk associated with the merchant, a detailed analysis of the business and operational model if needed
• Generate regular reports on payment trends, transaction volumes, and merchant performance.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and insights, assisting in decision-making and strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the merchant and payment operations workflow.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements that optimize efficiency and accuracy.

• Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
