Responsibilities:

Processing of clients\xe2\x80\x99 payments instructions received from the front office, which includes outgoing/internal transfers and cash/cheques
Reviewing and processing incoming funds receipts
Processing non-clients\xe2\x80\x99 payments instructions received from Finance
Investigation and resolution of cash breaks assigned
Participation in process reviews and implement workflow improvements and UAT testing when required

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree holder and higher
Minimum of 2+ years in payments-related banking working experience.
Candidate with relevant experience in Security Transfer and SWIFT (MT1xx and MT2xx) knowledge is important.
