Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with internal partners, external providers and relevant departments on system and workflow improvements.
- Providing prompt, accurate and quality service to internal clients.
- Processing of clients\xe2\x80\x99 payments instructions received from the front office, which includes outgoing/internal transfers and cash/cheques.
- Reviewing and processing incoming funds receipts.
- Processing non-clients\xe2\x80\x99 payments instructions received from Finance.
- Investigation and resolution of cash breaks assigned.
- Participation in process reviews and implement workflow improvements and UAT testing when required.
- Diploma holder or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of payments-related banking working experience
- Knowledge on SWIFT messages (MT1XX and 2XX series) is an advantage
- Knowledge of MAS626 and HKMA wire transfer guidelines is an advantage
- Meticulous and accurate in executing work assigned
- Able to work under pressure and consistently meet work timelines
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player
