Role:


The Payroll Accountant will perform the following tasks:


Prepare a full suite of payroll services for the client base in accordance with Singapore payroll regulations, including calculations of CPF, SDL, SHG, submission of CPF, publishing of payslips Onboard and set up new payroll clients and employees onto the platform Assist with payroll queries from clients and internal team members Prepare and submit IR8A Prepare and submit IR21 Any adhoc task that was assigned by the Immediate Superior
Qualifications:


Graduate or Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Human Resources or other professional accounting qualifications With 2 years of hands-on experience with Singapore payroll. Candidates should have extensive knowledge on CPF regulations. With hands-on experience with Singapore Individual tax or IR8A and IR21 preparation and submission. Experience in outsourcing environment or have managed handling multiple payroll clients. Clear knowledge of payroll processing as per Singapore regulations Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and be able to work well with HOD or stakeholders. Good communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Meticulous and organize, and able to prioritize work effectively to meet multiple, tight deadlines * Independent with a good level of initiative.
