1-2 staffs in Payroll team to proceed 250 pax of payroll
Payroll system is InfoHRIS
Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for the full payroll functions of selected companies
Provide support in leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, WICA,etc.
Support the consolidation of HR reports / analysis for the Group and generate statistical reports as and when required
Supervise and ensure proper maintenance and control of employees\' data
Provide end to end recruitment support for all levels of staff, including job advertisement posting, screening and interview scheduling
On-boarding preparation and orientation
Managing employee relations, such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues and attending to feedbacks or complaints
Managing employee exit in a sensitive manner during exit clearance and interviews in preparation for off-boarding
Assist in ad-hoc HR Project and any other assigned duties
Qualification and criteria
Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 - 3 years of related working experience
Knowledge in payroll software, those with knowledge in using of InfoHRIS would be an added advantage
