Payroll Assistant Manager or Manager
to lead our payroll operations, supporting more than 700 headcounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the payroll team to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing
Manage CPF, IR8A, IR21 submissions, bonus payouts, OT, and bank file uploads
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and accounting journal entries
Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, IRAS, and company policies
Support internal/external audits and HRIS enhancement projects
Collaborate with HR for staff movement tracking, bonuses, and annual increment exercises
Guide and mentor payroll team members, responding to payroll queries
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or Accountancy
Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience
Strong leadership, time management, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Timesoft preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and works well under pressure
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
