Analyse doubtful pay transactions and claims, diagnose problems and determine follow-up actions to resolve/pre-empt potential problems. Highlight/recommend improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Handle customers' queries, disputes, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience. Period: Contract Location: Tanjong Pagar Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm Salary: Up to $2,700 Job Requirements: Minimum GCE O' level holder Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing Knowledge of SAP systems would be an added advantage Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. Meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind. Good analytical skills. Good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good customer service. Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) and MS Office application software.
