Responsible for the full payroll process, including using Info Tech Payroll system.
Maintain employee payroll records and handle government forms (IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A/B).
Manage government-paid leave and claims filing.
Address staff inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
Assist with additional HR functions, ad-hoc projects, and other assigned duties.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledgeable in Employment, CPF/Foreign Workers Levy Acts.
Holds a Diploma in Admin/HRM.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing large headcounts.
Independent, hands-on, with strong time management skills.
* Proficient in MS Excel.
