Payroll Executive (6 Months Contract)

Job Description
Looking for candidates who possess 2-3 years of payroll experience with immediate or short notice. Experience in India payroll and Peoplesoft system will have added advantages.
- Perform timely and accurate payroll & maintain/update pay history for Asia Pacific offices
- Calculation of commissions, overtime payments and other allowances for the assigned regions.
- Assist in month end closing, prepare payroll reports & legislative reports (including monthly statutory payment).
- Print monthly commission pay advice & distribute to the staffs.
- Perform payroll administration & attend to staff enquiries on payroll related matters.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Peoplesoft will have added advantages
- Experience in handling India payroll will have added advantages
