Ensure weekly payroll expenses and taxes are paid accurately and on time
Verify the accuracy of weekly employee data changes for new hires, rehires, terminations, status changes, rate changes, leave of absences, and other payroll inputs from our Human Resources Business partners and external vendors
Maintain projects and assignments in the time and attendance system
Process terminations and generate final checks
Generate weekly reports and files to be used internally and externally
Research and produce reports for distribution to various departments as needed
Process the import of financial information into the Financial ERP system
Create/update payroll process documentation, as needed
Participate in projects to roll out additional functionality or improve existing functionality of pay impacting systems
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or other relevant certificates
1-2 years experience in payroll will be advantageous
Able to start work immediately
Excellent communication skills are a must
Good management skills of the team
