Job Description
- Basic up to $3,000
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8am to 6pm
- Location: Jurong East
- Handle in bi-weekly/monthly payroll for contractors
- Work closely with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
- Generate and tally monthly payroll and billing reports
- Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Filing of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and check IR8A for candidates
- Submitting NS Make-Up Pay claim, insurance claim, CPF Refund/Adjustment
- Application for refund on Government Paid Leaves
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes will be an advantage
