Job Description

• Position : Payroll Executive - Up to $4,000 - US Work Hours, Work From Home!
• Location : WFH - 80% to 90%, Office located near Bugis MRT
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00PM to 6.00AM (US Work Hours, flexible break hours)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Lifestyle Services Provider

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll administration and compliance with US statutory requirements, including checking of overtime and allowance calculations
• Liaise with respective supervisors on the attendance and timesheets of their staff, obtaining their approvals in time for payroll processing
• Prepare letters, setting up of Personnel files and safekeeping of other required documents
• Manage the HR/Payroll system ensuring information is updated at all times
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in a manufacturing environment (including overtime and allowance calculation)
• Proficient in Microsoft office and payroll software preferably ADP System
• Willing to work US Hours
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Required to be in office for meetings, working hours will be adjusted if required.
