Position : Payroll Executive - Up to $4,000 - US Work Hours, Work From Home!
Location : WFH - 80% to 90%, Office located near Bugis MRT
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00PM to 6.00AM (US Work Hours, flexible break hours)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days

Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll administration and compliance with US statutory requirements, including checking of overtime and allowance calculations
Liaise with respective supervisors on the attendance and timesheets of their staff, obtaining their approvals in time for payroll processing
Prepare letters, setting up of Personnel files and safekeeping of other required documents
Manage the HR/Payroll system ensuring information is updated at all times
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in a manufacturing environment (including overtime and allowance calculation)
Proficient in Microsoft office and payroll software preferably ADP System
Willing to work US Hours
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
Required to be in office for meetings, working hours will be adjusted if required.
