Payroll & Finance Executive ($4000 $5000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Prepare/Check payroll details / Check staff claims, send for approval.
- Monthly Payroll run by JustLogin, send for approval.
- Payroll Bank submission \xe2\x80\x93 by Batch (Cash/Giro/Cheque)
- CPF Submission
- Data entry for payroll /staff claims in NetSuite (cash out)
- Monitor and check both accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Responsible for all Group\'s report submission.
- Cash flow report submission weekly.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
