Payroll Manager (Based in Seletar)

About the Role:

The Payroll Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the payroll department and ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international payroll regulations. You are the key figure in maintaining employee satisfaction by ensuring they receive their compensation accurately and on time.

:

• Ensure that payroll calculations, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, are accurate and in compliance with company policies and local labor laws
• Review and approve payroll transactions and adjustments
• Stay up-to-date with local and international payroll regulations and make necessary changes to payroll processes to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure all payroll-related tax filings and reporting requirements are met accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and hours worked
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports for management and auditing purposes, including cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Implement automation tools and software to streamline payroll operations

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/ Finance with professional certification such as CPP
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Payroll Manager

• In-depth knowledge of local and international payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
