Job Description

Period: 1 Year (Renewable)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Working Location: 10 Pasir Panjang, Mapletree Business City

Responsibilities:

• Validate and review payroll processing and payment records.
• Develop monthly and annual payroll calendar.
• Submit income tax declarations timely and ensuring accurate posting into accounting journals and accruals of specific pay items.
• Ensure that monthly payroll is processed and paid timely, accurately and within legislation guidelines.
• Provide analytical reports on staff cost matters.
• Process various claims like NS men\'s claims etc.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments / projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of payroll experience with basic accounting knowledge.
• Hands on experience with SAP will be an added advantage.
• Possess an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
