In particular this role is to ensure Arup salary and wages and related payments are paid on time and accurately. Approx. 90
employees paid monthly.The Opportunity

• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly salary payment, including transaction entry, payment calculations, leave import and end of pay processing when required.
• Help with Co-ordinating reports with P&C for the administration of Purchased Annual Leave Scheme
• Salary and Wages journal preparation and entry into JDE accounting system as required
• The role will have extensive contact with our internal/external clients. Strong communication skills with an ability to explain payroll concepts to

all levels of staff. * The role will form part of a large regional Payroll team, collaboration, knowledge sharing and a willingness to learn and help is required.Is this role right for you?

• Extensive experience in a similar payroll role. APAC experience is desirable.
• Relevant industry experience in payroll within a professional services business environment would be preferred.
• Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
• Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines xe2x80x93 and Arupxe2x80x99s related procedures including
