Perform end-to-end full payroll lifecycle using SAP system
Hybrid Work Arrangement
Min 3 years of experience in hands on payroll processing work
1 Year Contract (Maternity Cover)
Basic Salary up to $ 4,500 / Raffles Place
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll, including new hires, leavers, and employee changes.
Prepare off-cycle payments (tax, terminations).
Perform monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts.
Assist in documenting and reviewing payroll procedures.
Adhere to payroll governance and perform 4-eye checks.
Support the payroll manager and team as needed.
Respond to employee payroll queries with excellent service.
Apply strong knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation.
Manage monthly/year-end tax and tax clearance processes.
Participate in country/regional payroll alignment initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years in payroll or finance.
Good knowledge of SAP Payroll or similar systems. Workday experience a plus.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Proactive, able to work independently with confidential information.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Experience processing Singapore payroll in-house and income tax.
Experience in account reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of pension, tax, and payroll employment matters.
