Job Description
Our client is a MNC in the Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their Human Resources team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
The responsibles of the Payroll Executive includes:
- Manage mid to complex monthly payroll processing for different shift patterns including overtime pay, festive advance pay, ad-hoc payroll and allowances.
- Ensure punctual tax clearance submission for non-local leavers.
- Prepare different quarterly accrual and provision reports for Finance reporting.
- Involved in preparation for journal posting to Finance system.
- Assist in preparing pre-payroll activities (month end data for payroll checking, leave and attendance checking etc.).
- Manage stakeholders enquiries with regards to to payroll costs, reports and grants computation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
- Diploma in relevant discipline
- Min 3 years of experience in handling payroll
- Proficient in using Excel
- Familiar with BIPO System will be an advantage
