Job Description

• Basic up to $3,000
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hour: 8.30am to 6pm
• Work Location: Jurong East (Walking distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• To support in payroll, billing administration and management of contracts
• Handle in Bi-Weekly/Monthly payroll for contractors
• Generate and tally monthly payroll and billing reports (Margin Analysis)
• Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Assist new payroll system implementation
• Filing of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and check IR8A for candidates
• Submitting NS Make-Up Pay claim / insurance claim/CPF Refund
• Application for refund on Government Paid Leaves

Additional Information:

• Knowledge in Payroll software and proficiency in excel are advantageous
