Payroll Specialist (Oct 2022 to Apr 2023 Maternity Cover) Working hours: Mon to Fri (5 Days) Location: Pasir Panjang Road Singapore (Pasir Panjang) Salary: Up to $4,000 (Based on Exp) Job Descri Payroll Specialist (Oct 2022 to Apr 2023 Maternity Cover) Working hours: Mon to Fri (5 Days) Location: Pasir Panjang Road Singapore (Pasir Panjang) Salary: Up to $4,000 (Based on Exp) Perform full spectrum of payroll processing Prepare monthly payroll reports to Finance Collecting, compiling, entering and updating payroll data in the system and ensure that it's accurate Process salary for resignation, retrenchment and termination Generate warehouse and logistics monthly attendance report Generate e-payslip password and leave initialization for new hires Submission of government claims, such as NS makeup claim, childcare leave, maternity benefit, paternity leave, shared parent leave Responsible for monthly submission to CPF Submission of tax filing on IR21 and IR8A Attend to phone and email payroll enquiries Prepare payroll-related reports and other ad-hoc reports as per requested by management Prepare reconciliation report and liaise with internal auditor on monthly basis Generate confirmation list Prepare birthday voucher Assist in the organisation for company events Carry out reception duties when the need arises Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time Interested applicants can send your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] or +6588359985 (Joshua).
