The Payroll Specialist will be working closely with the Outsourcing Division.
Work Location: Central, Orchard
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and processing team for monthly payroll
- Verifies all payroll instructions, including but not limited to employment contracts, service agreements, timesheets, receipts, etc.
- Consolidate payroll instructions into a standard template
- Verify and reconcile monthly report
- Ensure accurate and timely report submission
- Ensure all data is keyed into system promptly
- Provide accurate and timely pay/bill information and ensure timely AR collections
- Ensure compliance with internal & external regulatory
- Assist with client queries on payroll and HR related matters
- Maintain proper electronic or hardcopy filing of documentation
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
