Job Description

Our client is a leading industrial player and is seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and process end-to-end payroll in-house for their Singapore operations.





Some of the key responsibilities will include:


Process monthly payroll for all employees, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG, NS make-up pay, etc.). Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax filings, and other compensation matters. Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports, bank files, and statutory filings. Ensure timely submission of IR8A, Form IR21, and other relevant tax documentation. Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance) for payroll inputs and approvals. Stay updated on changes to labor laws, tax regulations, and CPF guidelines. Support audits and ensure proper documentation of all payroll processes.
To be eligible for this role you will require:


Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably with in-house processing. Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and statutory compliance. Proficient in payroll systems , preferably SuccessFactors. High attention to detail and strong numerical skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
