Oversee end-to-end payroll process to achieve operational service delivery
Ensure accuracy prior to processing of payroll
Conducting quality assurance within each payroll cycle
Collaborate with stakeholders to create interfaces and ensure accurate data flow
Review tax reports and returns, address discrepancies and process necessary amendments
Manage payroll audit with auditors and ensure proper handling of confidential client\'s data and accurate payroll tax return
Handle client queries are handled promptly
Be subject matter expert for relevant enquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients
Act as first level of escalation for clients\' feedback and provide high-level customer satisfaction
Analyse the clients\' industry and needs in facilitating the payroll services.
Identify areas of process improvements
Keep abreast of industry trends, updates in statutory requirements and ensure compliance to legislative changes
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources/ Information Systems
Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll/ HRIS/ HR Generalist role
Experience in payroll softwares will be advantageous
Passion for learning Information System Solutions
Disciplined and tech savvy individual who works systematically, attentive to details even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Having an analytical mindset, process driven and provide solutions to operations requirements
Customer centric focus and have confident in dealing with all level of clients
